Valter Cioeta is an Independent Herbalife Member. FIT-HERO.SHOP is an independently operated retail website. It is not Herbalife's official website and Herbalife does not operate this store. Herbalife product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through fit-hero.shop by customers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

3. Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately. Product packaging, colour or presentation may change, and images are illustrative. Please read the product label, ingredients, allergen information, directions and warnings before use.

Products and information on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, taking medication or have an allergy or medical condition, seek appropriate professional advice before using a product.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are displayed before you confirm the order. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or a refund for the unavailable item.

5. Orders and contract formation

You are responsible for checking your order and contact and delivery details before submitting it. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using a method displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and/or the payment provider selected at checkout. FIT-HERO.SHOP does not store full payment card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

7. Delivery

We deliver to eligible United Kingdom addresses. Current delivery options, charges and estimates are described in the Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing.

8. Right to cancel

For most online purchases, UK consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the goods are received. To cancel, email info@fit-hero.shop with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days in accordance with the return instructions we provide. You are responsible for reasonable return postage unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or applicable law states otherwise.

The statutory right to cancel may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to other products excluded by law. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

9. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains the return process and any additional voluntary return period offered by FIT-HERO.SHOP. Any additional policy is provided by Valter Cioeta / FIT-HERO.SHOP and does not reduce your statutory rights.

Where a cancellation is valid, we will make the required refund using the original payment method, subject to applicable law. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.

10. Faulty or misdescribed goods

You have statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies. Contact info@fit-hero.shop promptly if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to assess the issue.

11. Reviews and communications

Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, lawful and relevant. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, contains personal data about another person or infringes third-party rights.

12. Intellectual property and brand notice

The FIT-HERO.SHOP name, site content and layout may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law permits. Third-party product names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean that FIT-HERO.SHOP is the official website of the relevant brand.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used. Cookie choices can be managed through the controls provided on the site.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms do not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which they habitually live. If a problem arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. Customers may also use any court or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law.
