This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit fit-hero.shop, contact us, create an account or place an order. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 where they apply.

Payment providers process full payment card or wallet details. FIT-HERO.SHOP does not store full card details.

• Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform, hosting and checkout services;
• payment providers and fraud-prevention services shown at checkout;
• couriers, fulfilment providers and delivery partners;
• customer communication, email, messaging, review, analytics and advertising providers used by the store, including services such as Klaviyo, WhatsApp, Judge.me and Google where enabled;
• professional advisers, accountants, insurers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where required;
• Herbalife entities only where reasonably necessary for a product safety matter, quality complaint, authorised return, legal claim, or an applicable obligation connected with Valter Cioeta's status as an Independent Herbalife Member.

These organisations may act as processors or as separate controllers under their own privacy notices.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to operate the store and checkout. With your consent where required, we may also use analytics, personalisation and advertising cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie controls displayed on the site and through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
