Return and Refund Conditions
In the case of a mismatch between the received product and the ordered product, or if damage is identified by the customer on the day of receipt of the package due to transport conditions, the seller will arrange for the exchange or refund of the product. The customer must inform the seller via email and specify whether they wish to exchange the product or request a refund by completing the complaint form available on the website.
Provided that the delivered product is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition to the address communicated by the seller via email, the exchange or refund will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the product. The product will be exchanged for a strictly identical item from stock or, if the product is no longer available, replaced with a comparable product. If the customer prefers, the returned product along with the shipping costs will be refunded as soon as possible, once the seller's responsibility is confirmed.
